My name is Dominique Coley and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and mental health provider for 6 years, RN over a decade. I am licensed & practicing psychiatriatry via telehealth in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado,  Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington (Illinois coming soon). Services offered include psychiatric evaluations, follow-up medication management appointments, and other psychiatric services. I specialize in ADHD, depression, and anxiety and serve individuals ages 8 and up providing them a wide range of counseling and psychiatric services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.
